Software I’m building for musicians
Most of what I teach lives in habits and decisions — what to practice today, how to rotate excerpts, when to push and when to back off. The tools here are attempts to take that practice-strategy work out of my head and into something musicians can use on their own.

Play Fast Notes
A practice-strategy app for organizing repertoire and drilling passages. Snap a photo of a tough section, choose how you want to attack it, and the app paces the work — across a single session or a multi-week audition prep. Web and iPad.
Built from the system I use with my own students. The paid tier ships later this year.
More tools may show up here over time. If you have an idea for something a practice app should do that nothing on the market does well, tell me about it.
